"I guess you can say horses have always been an obsession. I have loved them my entire life. I feel this obsession is one that only horse people can understand. I truly feel horses run through my blood, and they are a piece of who I am. I have ridden and been around multiple breeds which are all amazing in their own way. I showed Arabians for 10 years and they will always hold a special place in my heart. My obsession with Friesians started 8 years ago with Matrix, a Friesian warmblood cross. He started the most incredible journey for me. I will forever cherish the experiences with Matrix from bringing up a baby through the partnership we created through training over the last 8 years. I tragically lost Matrix in October of 2021, but continue to spend my days with my Friesian Pinto filly, Rebel, and my Full Friesian, Larry.
My most recent and exciting addition to my herd is my imported breeding stallion, Haike. Only the fourth approved Baroque Pinto breeding stallion in the US, Haike BP54 rounded out my heart and my barn after the loss of Matrix. I'm also blessed with my two human boys, my incredible husband and a pile of household pets too long to list. New doors will always open, and new opportunities are on the horizon. To me, the riding is second only to the holistic lifestyle of having horses be a part of my daily life. The journey of helping others realize the same dream and embark on a new journey with a new partner drives me every day."
